The company was changed to Dongguan Zhongyao Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. in 2010, mainly engaged in industrial connectors: pin arrangement/bus arrangement/terminal block /WAFER/FPC/D-SUB series production equipment.
2013
The company expanded its business scope and began to make communication connectors: SFP single-layer high-speed cam plug-in, SFP double-layer high-speed lamination assembly, RJ45 round needle/flat needle, single-layer and double-layer series production equipment.
2016
The company expanded its R&D team, focusing on the development of automobile connectors: mechanical cam/electronic cam single-support insertion end/single-support bending, waterproof and high-speed product assembly/testing/packaging and other production equipment.
2017
The company added a new project department, focusing on R&D and manufacturing of industrial/automotive wiring harness production equipment, and standardized and mass-produced multi-core/coaxial line production equipment such as TYPE-C, HDMI, HSD and FAKRA;
2020
In order to ensure equipment quality and delivery and expand productivity, the company set up spare parts/sheet metal processing department, and introduced more than 60 processing equipment such as grinder, milling machine, wire cutting, CNC, laser cutting and plate folding machine.
2021
The team focused on the research and development of production equipment for Ethernet wire harness/high voltage wire harness/high voltage connector, including heavy-duty pay-off/winding and binding machine/coaxial stripping machine/uniform crimping machine/all-in-one machine for standardized mass production.
2024-2025
The high-speed and high-voltage wire harness automation equipment will be upgraded and mass-produced. At present, FAKRA/ Ethernet /HSD/ high-voltage AC/DC wire harness automation equipment has been delivered to more than 60 production lines at home and abroad.
